Location was good. Definitely in need of updates. Furniture was broken. No bed skirts so you could see the box spring. Hallway carpets were very stained. Very overpriced for the room but it was parents weekend and football season so I’m sure that’s the usual. Breakfast was the usual, nothing greasy but a good coffee shop in walking distance.
