About this cottage rental
Located in a renovated farmhouse, with stone walls, in a green and quiet setting, the cottage 1 Les Ratys is ideal for holidays or work.
Located 12 km from Orléans, Chaingy is at the gateway to the Châteaux of the Loire, but also on the Loire à Vélo route, and on the Camino de Santiago via Tours.
You will find all the shops in the village. The cottage 1 Les Ratys has a separate entrance.
Composed on the ground floor of a living room (with a 130x190 cm sofa bed), a fully equipped open kitchen, and a separate toilet with washbasin.
Upstairs: a spacious and bright bedroom, with 2 single beds of 90x190 cm (can be pushed together) and an adjoining bathroom with shower and toilet.
Private outdoor space with garden table and barbecue.
A private parking space to park in front of the cottage.
All-inclusive rate: sheets provided and beds made on arrival, towels included, heating included and end-of-stay cleaning included. The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
