About this cottage rental
In a village in Berry, with restaurant and bakery, come and recharge your batteries in peace and quiet 10 minutes from the Château de Valençay, 30 minutes from the Beauval Zoo and 45 minutes from the Maison de George Sand.
At the exit of the village and on a dead-end road, house with private unheated above-ground swimming pool (6.40 x 2.10 meters) open from May to September and a private outdoor jacuzzi open from May to September
Events can be held at the gîte. . House with on the ground floor: entrance - laundry room / cloakroom / toilet - separate equipped kitchen - dining room - living room - bedroom with private bathroom - Bedroom with a single bed.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms including a family suite - landing - shower room / toilet.
1500 m² unfenced garden and private parking in front of the gîte.
Terrace with dining area and lounge area.
Private swimming pool and jacuzzi
Heating by air / water heat pump included in the price.
Bed linen, towels and cleaning included in the price.
Supplement per animal at 6 euros per day
The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, an end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and bins), heating and electricity with reasonable and reasonable consumption - if the heating of the cottage is electric you have 15 Kwh per day (the excess will be paid on site to the hosts)
