Located in the Hautes Vosges (at an altitude of 550 m) between Alsace and Franche-Comté in a small village called RAMONCHAMP.
Very close to Bussang (12 km), Bresse (18 km), Thillot (1 km), Gerardmer (30 km), and Alsace at 20 km.
Ideal for hikers, cyclists, mountain bikers, skiers and nature lovers.
The ski or tourist resorts are barely 15/20 minutes from the Chalet des Breuches.
The house faces due south, and has a beautiful view in the heart of the Hautes Vosges, with spring water on tap, and easy access in all seasons.
Located next to all amenities (butcher, caterer, hairdresser, pharmacy, takeaway pizza, bakery, pastry shop, supermarket, medical center, swimming pool, cinema, casino, various inns and restaurants, museums, local products on sale all around).
Large private plot of 800m², and fenced for everyone's safety.
A large terrace of 35m² at the level of the living room. The accommodation, with a living area of more than 150m², is composed as follows:

- A wellness area with sauna, spa and shower.
