Upon entering, this one bedroom cottage offers you a warm welcome into a well-appointed, open-plan living, kitchen and dining space. You will be immediately struck by the floor to ceiling window which allows the Yorkshire meadow views to flood inside, making it the perfect spot to curl up with a book or a cup of Yorkshire tea.
A comfortable sofa, with plenty of space for two, sits opposite a Smart TV which comes in handy on cosy evenings where you want to settle in and relax. Double doors from the living area lead you out on to a private patio where you can further enjoy the view in all its glory. The slim patio features a small bistro set which is ideal for couples to enjoy an al fresco dinner as the sun sets behind the hills.
Adjacent to the living room is a kitchen and dining space which is compact but perfectly sized for two. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you could need for the duration of your stay, providing an under counter fridge with ice box compartment, fan oven, electric hob, kettle, toaster, microwave and an air fryer, as well as a full set of tableware and glassware. Laundry facilities are available to guests and can be found in an outbuilding just outside the property. This utility space also features a chest freezer for further food storage.
The comfortable bedroom offers a King Size bed with sumptuous soft furnishings and views which stretch out across the fields, creating a snug spot to a enjoy a lazy morning coffee as the countryside comes to life. There is even an additional Smart TV in the bedroom so you can truly sink in and relax. Guests are provided with towels, linens and a hairdryer during their stay and the room provides ample storage for belongings.
Any guests with mobility issues should note that whilst the property is all on one level, there is one step to access the front door.
