PROS  The apartment building is in a nice location. The view from the windows is modest but you can see the hills! The staircase gave a sense of quiet quality, well-kept and noticeably above average. Has an elevator. The apartment was very clean with beautiful floor. The kitchen cabinet was the pearl of the apartment. Kitchen itself had almost all what was needed. The apartment was spacious. 

CONS  So overall it was good, however there is so much more the owners could have done to make this an excellent place. Despite me sleeping well, the mattress is very uneven, worn out on one side. The bed platform is squeaky, mattress is sliding off a bit. It is definately time for a new stable bed with a new mattress.  The bed linened was very clean but with holes from frequent use.  Despite good windows bar noises did reach inside. Also there is no heavy drapes for complete darkness.  Unfortunately there are no houseplants.  And also no welcome basket, tea/coffee is left from other guests I guess. No welcome note or instructions. And you have to take out garbage yourself, but I didnt really know where the containers are located in the Street. So simple spacious apartment for overnight stay but with dubious bed.

Great location! Lovely little apartment, clean, comfortable and everything you need for a good stay. Good communication I'd definitely choose to stay again.

A few little issues that could be fixed for a higher score. Shower head would be better fixed to the wall and the shower screen needs fixing. Its difficult to get a shower trying not to get water everywhere. Maybe a kettle could be provided in the kitchen?

The overall price/location/facilities was outstanding.
