Objekat je u svakom smislu opravdao očekivanja. Penthouse je moderno uređen, izuzetno prostran i besprekorno čist. Pogled koji se pruža iz apartmana je fantastičan i jedan je od najvećih benefita ovog smještaja. Sve je sređeno sa ukusom i pruža potpuni komfor.
Nemam apsolutno nikakvih zamjerki, sve je bilo na vrhunskom nivou.

Lokacija je odlična, stan je veliki, kreveti su udobni, postoje peškiri za plažu i suncobrani, mašina za pranje veša. Velika terasa na 10. spratu gleda na more i planine, sa ležaljkama i stolicom za ljuljanje. Sve sobe su klimatizovane. Dnevna soba ima masažnu fotelju. Domaćica je veoma ljubazna i pažljiva žena.
Stan ima dva kupatila, i oba imaju neprijatan miris kanalizacije. Vlasnik je objasnio da su komšije krive i da treba zameniti cevi. Nema mikrotalasne pećnice.
