Das Hotel ist sehr modern und edel. Es war sauber, mein Zimmer war groß, ich hatte viel Platz und alles war vorhanden. Die Matratze vom Bett ist sehr hochwertig, ich habe gut geschlafen. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit.

Śniadanie było podawane przez obsługę hotelu. Było urozmaicone, ale brakowało mi gorących napojów. Poza limitowaną herbatą nie było kawy.
Oferta na stronie hotelu, że hotel zapewnia bezpłatny transfer z lotniska i na lotnisko, jest fikcją. Do hotelu dostaliśmy się taksówką za własne pieniądze. Następnego dnia pani w recepcji zaoferowała nam załatwienie taksówki, za którą mieliśmy zapłacić. Pojechaliśmy we własnym zakresie autobusem do Prisztiny, a stamtąd kolejnym autobusem - na lotnisko. Moją irytację wywołała presja pań w recepcji, byśmy wycofali rezerwację z Bookingu, to będziemy mieć pobyt o 10 Euro tańszy. Żona nawet podjęła się próby anulowania rezerwacji, ale ja pokazałem paniom w recepcji, że anulowanie rezerwacji w dniu pobytu w hotelu spowoduje obciążenie mnie dodatkowymi kosztami - 79 Euro. Nie zgodziłem się więc na wycofanie rezerwacji. Podważyło mi to zaufanie do obsługi hotelu.
