Great location, secure and safe feeling, like the deck.
This is s ground floor unit with a unit above it. The residents on the second floor seemed to walk around with bricks on their feet. Every step could be heard, loudly. Also, the lights did not work in the main bedroom - lamps were unplugged and the power cords were too short to reach the outlets.
