The apartment was nice, clean and cozy. The staff/customer service were also very nice and helpful when it was needed. No complaints.

No keys. Arrived in the dark so was a little difficult to locate the second door. However, host was available on the telephone to help.
The room was a little too light in the evening. The blinds did not shut out the street lights. Limited storage and crockery.
