The manageress was excellent and sorted small problems out immediately. Rooms were of a good size. Kitchenette was tiny. No cooker but there was a 4 plate electric hob and a dishwasher. Dishwasher tablets expensive at the hotel. One free session in Sauna or Steam Room. Swimming pool free. Pool table expensive. Internet access far too expensive. Lockable private ski locker is free. No reserved parking. Make your own beds or pay a premium. Clean your own room or pay a premium too.
Excellent location for ski lifts, ski school, small shops, restaurants and busses. Great to have a balcony and patio doors with lovely views. Lovely and warm with underfloor heating.
The company need to invest in this building as the furniture is tired and the kitchen is worn out. In the apartment there are not enough seats in the lounge or around the table for the numbers it can accommodate. Four lounge chairs for an 8 person apartment and 6 dining room chairs, although there were plastic balcony chairs if needed. One wardrobe completely filled with a giant water tank, so useless. No shelves in the bedrooms. Had to live out of a suitcase for items that wouldn't go on hangers. Could do with ground level access for skiers/snowboarders instead of outside access below ground level. Awkward access with all equipment on. On British values this is a 3 star accommodation due to lack of company investment. No food available to purchase in the property. Bakery bread order every morning was good but pricey.

Generally very good, staff very friendly.
Downsides were - these are all being very critical and none of the points actually affected our stay,.....
No towels on arrival, but quickly provided.
No double bed sheet & dovet cover, but quickly provided
Double bed was actually quite small in both width and length.
While self catering we hadn't fully appreciated we'd need to buy own loo roll, salt & pepper, washing up liquid, dish cloths etc etc
The sauna / steam room is 1 free session after that it's 8 euros a day or 33 euros a week per room. If this was in Expedia small print we didn't see it!
At end of stay had to clean the room to pass inspection or could pay 50 euros for staff to do it - we did but again didn't notice this in Expedia small print!
