Industrial Mini Mansion – Detached 7th Bedroom

This "farm" had it all for our large extended family. (12 adults, 3 toddlers) From the fully stocked kitchens, inside and outside seating, picnic and BBQ areas, huge fenced in pool and jacuzzi area, an abundance of outdoor games (frisbee golf, corn hole) chickens and geese for the kids to feed. We also brought our mountain bikes and rode to the grasslands open space and drove to Julian for some apple pie. Carrissa the owner was great at communication. Answered any text immediately. This vacation rental could not have been any better and we hope to come back again. Thank you Carrissa!

Beautiful home. Extremely clean. Wonderfully stocked kitchen. Nice to work with. Invited the kids to feed the birds, gather eggs and harvest carrots. A wonderful location to just relax.

Very nice - farm property - easy to find and navigate - well laid out and easily accessible.Hosts were immediately available to answer any questions and were very accommodating to our kids & grandkids.Definitely coming back!

RBR was a perfect place for our group of friends and family. The 7 bedrooms (including the tiny home) fit all of us. The boys stayed in one room and all the girls fit in the other room. It would have been nice to have bunk beds for the kids rooms, but the couches worked. The pool and the barn were a hit with adult and kids! We made s’mores in the fire pit at night. The ants were annoying but Carissa was very responsive and helped us tackle them! Our group would definitely stay here again. Only thing missing was a volleyball net. Oh and the farmstand was a delight! We tried the veggies, honey, and the butter was delicious!
