We didn't use the kitchen. The house did have a funny smell like septic tank when you first walked in. Upstairs shower drain was slow and would back up. Other than that its a great location.

The host was always very responsive to my questions and needs. We had trouble getting the hot water to work in the shower on the first floor, but I alerted him to it and told him he didn’t need to fix it in the middle of our stay. We used the shower on the second floor instead – although had to clean the drain as it wasn’t draining (but the water was nice and hot!). Overall exactly what we needed - a convenient location for our weekend in the city.
