Close to Downtown Fast Wi-Fi Parking Pool

Very convenient location right across from a shopping center with HEB and other stores and places to eat. Kitchen fully equiped. Large and comfortable bed.

The common area of the building were kind of run down, laundry room looked like it needed some maintnance. Front gate remained unlocked during our stay.

The place has everything you need and the most comfortable bed and is beautifully decorated. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and quickly responded when I did reach out. Great job and lovely place.

I loved staying here. I was here for almost 3 weeks, and I was comfortable the whole time. The apartment was conveniently located across the road from an H.E.B, several eateries and a bus stop. It is also only a 5 - 10 minute drive to Downtown. It was a quiet place, with a few guests coming and going. The fact that the laundry room was right next door to my apartment, was really convenient and easy to use. There was also ample parking in front of the building for my rental. The bed was super comfy (tip: the mattress is soft, but it is still super comfortable). I enjoyed having a kitchen to cook food (I love cooking) and pleased to have a full size fridge and all cookware. I will definitely be back on my future work trips, if it is available. If I had any queries, Lovepreet was very responsive and I had no issues. They were very communicative, gave clear instructions on accessing the apartment (the main gate's lock was broken, but that was the building's issue and not the owner's - it also didn't impact my feeling of safety/security) and if I needed anything it was sorted immediately.

This is no fault of the apartment or the host, but you can hear your neighbors moving around (you can't hear conversations so that's a plus). I have found that this is a problem even in 5* hotels because of how buildings are built in the US. So this is really just making you aware of this if you're not used to travelling around the US. It is NOT a complaint.
