Close to the metrostation
Spacious
Two bathrooms!
U can keep the keys in a safety box. So no need to travel with them in the city
Took some time to find out how the warmer was working. Maybe a manual is needed?
There is no ice cube tray, can be useful in summer.

UbicaciĂłn muy buena. Esta a 15 minutos andando de Sacre Coeur y aunque se encuentra en una zona un poco alejada del centro estĂĄ muy bien comunicado, ya que tiene una parada de metro a 2 minutos a pie del apartamento (linea 13).
El apartamento es pequeño pero suficiente para pasar unos dĂas cĂłmodamente visitando ParĂs.

Great location, near to metro to visit all attractions. Lovely appartment. Small, but had everything we needed.
Everything was clean and new. The coffee machine was a lovely bonus and the shop nearby sold the pods! Having a couple of pods in the welcome bundle was great when we arrived đ
We needed to buy batteries to make the remote work to control the heating but once it was working we were lovely and warm. The bed is a sofa bed which was fine for us as we were only there three nights. It might not be ideal for a longer stay.

âą The hostâs communication was excellent â very responsive, thoughtful, and sincere throughout my entire 4-night stay.
âą Every conversation was handled through the Booking.com app, which helped avoid any confusion and ensured transparency.
âą Traveling internationally from the US, I felt genuinely supported whenever I needed help.
âą The apartment has good potential in a nice Parisian neighborhood.
âą The bed linens in Apartment 1, while neatly made, had an unpleasant odor that didnât feel fresh or properly cleaned.
âą The towels also had a strong mildew scent, which suggested they werenât fully dried before being put away.
âą The lock on the apartment door was extremely difficult to operate, and at one point caused real concern about being able to exit safely. Iâm very thankful the host quickly sent their cleaner with a backup key, but this is a serious safety issue that needs attention.
âą Bedbugs in Apartment 1:
I have professional training and extensive experience in hospitality management, so normally I do a full inspection for pests upon check-in. However, after a long trip from the US and an early tour scheduled, I was exhausted and did not follow my usual routine.
A couple of days into my stay, I began noticing bites but wasnât sure of the cause â until one morning I woke up and saw a live bedbug crawling on the bed. When I checked further, I found evidence that more were present. Understandably, this was extremely upsetting.
I immediately reported everything in detail to the host. To their credit, most of the bugs I found were dead â and the host informed me the apartment had just undergone its third professional treatment the week prior. Unfortunately, the infestation was still active and clearly not fully resolved, making the unit unsuitable for guest accommodation at that time.
I also provided the host with professional advice on the proper next steps for fully eliminating the issue. I do not blame the host or housekeeping â bedbugs are brought by travelers and can be a challenge to eradicate â but it is critical for future guestsâ comfort and health that the apartment remain out of service until the issue is completely resolved.
