Le quartier est bien et plutôt tranquille, pas loin des métros 13 et 14 donc accès assez rapide au centre de Paris.
Il convient largement pour un court séjour mais il ne faut pas être trop nombreux.
L'appartement est très propre, rien à dire de ce côté.
Il manque des stores, peut être inconfortable pour les personnes étant facilement réveillées par la lumière.
Idem pour l'isolation, on entend tout ce qu'il se passe chez les voisins, il faut avoir un sommeil profond dans ce cas.
La douche dans la chambre n'est pas idéale lorsqu'on voyage entre amis.
Il manquerait un miroir également, un seul miroir pour 3 personnes est vraiment limite.

El apartamento está bien comunicado, barrio tranquilo y agradable, los dueños son de fácil comunicación, el sofá cama es bastante incómodo (para dos adultos imposible ), la electricidad da un poco de yuyu (los cables) y el baño está en la habitación … la ducha no es muy cómoda…. Pero ahun así estuvimos bastante bien.
