Carlota is AMAZING!
Truly the definition of hospitality. Warm, kind, and effortlessly attentive, she makes you feel like royalty from the very first second. If every place had a Carlota, the world would be a better and happier place.
However, the WiFi was absolutely terrible, in this day and age, it’s just not acceptable anymore.

This place is a gem. Our second time back, this time with grandparents. Perfectly located for exploring, the facilities are great, impeccably clean ànd and perfect kitchen for our dietary requirements.

Had a lovely week here in Grand Bo! The apartments are closely located to Floria chair lift, on top of that the spa is a great apres ski activity for the whole family!

We got the apartment A9 (one bedroom plus living room). The place is perfect for a family of four with young kids. Very clean. Friendly staff. Super location in the heart of Chinaillon.
Ski room is super convenient at the lower level with direct access to two main ski lifts. Just wished the swimming pool would be a tad warmer (still 30c)
