BEDROOM: Enjoy a comfy queen-size bed with crisp white linens, a workspace including a desk and ergonomic chair, fast Wi-Fi, drawers, and a closet area. There are plenty of power outlets in the work area and around the unit to keep your devices charged.
BATHROOM: When it's time to get ready, the shower has wonderful water pressure and the vanity counter has ample space and drawers for all of your items. Some additional toiletries such as flossers and Qtips are provided. A blowdryer, iron, and ironing board are also provided.
LIVING ROOM: Enjoy a comfortable couch for naps or lounging and a 55-inch Smart TV with Roku to watch a variety of free streaming channels or premium channels using your own logins.
KITCHEN: Prepare your own meals in the well-equipped kitchen with provided pots, pans, utensils, dishes, cutlery and glasses, full-sized appliances, microwave & coffee/tea bar. We provide ground coffee and different coffee varieties of KCups to be used with our 1-cup Keurig machine. We also provide a variety of sweeteners, sugar, tea, and hot cocoa packets for our guests to use during their stay. An electric kettle is also provided on the coffee bar to heat water.
PARKING: Only street/public parking is available, first come first serve. There are non-permit blocks in our vicinity. We provide one parking pass for our block per night booked that allows free street parking on our specific block.
GUEST ACCESS: Host occupies the first floor of the home but the rental unit is completely separate with a private entrance. From time to time, you may hear some ambient noise from upstairs. Enter and leave the unit at your own convenience with keypad entry. Your space is separate with no shared common areas, so feel free to come and go as you please.
LOCATION: Conveniently located at the overlap (North Ave. & Pulaski Rd.) of the West Logan, Hermosa, & Humboldt Park neighborhoods of Chicago (just west of Humboldt Park and Wicker Park). Three blocks to the west entrance of the 606 Trail. Restaurants, coffeeshops, and grocery stores within walking distance. One bedroom, one bathroom garden unit (AKA in-law suite or basement, has 3 stairs down) includes large living area and kitchen.
