Perched above the stunning Kastraki-Mikri Vigla bay and surrounded by open fields, the villa’s location is ideal for those seeking a balance of tranquility and access to vibrant spots. It’s within easy reach of Kastraki, Mikri Vigla, and Plaka beaches, as well as the lively cafés, restaurants, taverns, and nightlife, yet far enough from the crowds to enjoy a peaceful, relaxing holiday. We recommend renting a car or bike to fully explore the island.
The villa is spread across three floors, with five bedrooms arranged into four independent units, providing ample space and privacy. The units communicate with each other through a covered staircase.
Bedroom 1: King-size bed, generous cupboard space, and a private balcony with a sun-shaded pergola.
Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed, cupboards, and a balcony with access to the villa’s outdoor area.
Bedroom 3: Two single beds and abundant storage.
Bedroom 4: King-size bed, cupboards, and a balcony with direct outdoor access.
Bedroom 5: Two single beds, open closet, and balcony with access to the outdoors.
The villa’s main living area features an open-plan design with a fully equipped kitchen, a dishwasher, a dining area, and a comfortable lounge with sofa. In addition, three of the bedrooms include their own kitchenettes with stovetops and dining spaces. There are four stylishly designed bathrooms with showers, distributed across all floors. A washing machine, dryer, and air conditioning units are also provided throughout the property.
The outdoor spaces are designed for relaxation and dining, with two large verandas, each fitted with pergolas for shade. The ground-floor veranda has a spacious dining table for 10 guests, perfect for enjoying meals with panoramic sea views, while the first-floor veranda offers a cozy setting for four guests.
In front of the villa, a 12 x 4m swimming pool, with depths ranging from 1.2 to 1.5 meters, surrounded by olive trees, sun loungers, and an additional pergola with dining area for 10 guests. This is an ideal space to unwind, soak in the sun, and enjoy the breathtaking scenery.

Reading earlier reviews we were expecting an exceptional property and were not disappointed, the photos do not do it justice. The villa consists of three relatively self contained units which taken as a whole is very suitable for a multi-generational family or group of friends. Located down a dusty lane the villa has been beautifully and traditionally renovated with great attention to detail and facilities, both internally and externally. Presentation and cleanliness is exceptional, with cleaning and fresh linen and towels every few days. The external space is very well set out, offering both privacy and large family space. To make full use of the excellent external dining facilities you need to like pushy, but well behaved cats.The villa is well positioned for the many outstanding beaches which stretch south of the main town of Chora(Naxos Town). Both a supermarket and excellent restaurants are within a few hundred metres. Congratulation to Tilemahos and team for producing an outstanding vacation villa.

This place was absolutely wonderful! Very comfortable and peaceful surroundings. We were 3 couples and all of us were thrilled with the accommodations! The host was extremely helpful with everything!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Villa Anakalida as two families with teenagers. The villa itself is stunning — spacious, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed to offer both comfort and privacy. The garden and pool area were highlights for all of us, providing a serene and lush space to relax, swim, and enjoy the sunshine.One of the unexpected delights was the daily cleaning service, which added a touch of luxury and made our stay even more comfortable. The hospitality was exceptional — warm, welcoming, and attentive without being intrusive.The location is peaceful and private, with a couple of excellent restaurants within walking distance. However, given the size of Naxos and all it has to offer, we’d definitely recommend having a car to explore the island fully.Overall, Villa Anakalida exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect base for a memorable holiday, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend it to others looking for a relaxing and high-quality stay in Naxos.
