New single-storey house (2023), located in the heart of the popular Portzic area, between the beaches and the centres of Morgat and Crozon. Perfect for car-free holidays!
Bright and modern, this house offers every comfort for a pleasant stay:
Cosy living room (3-seater sofa, 1 armchair, HD TV with French cable channels, Blu-ray player) opening onto the kitchen (fridge-freezer, induction hob + hood, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dining table for 4), opening onto a south-facing 15 m² wooden terrace, ideal for relaxing.
Sleeping areas: 1 bedroom (west side) with a king-size bed (160x200), 1 bedroom (east side) with a double bed (140x190) and a standing full body mirror. Both bedrooms have a large wardrobe.
Shower room (walk-in shower, washbasin, electric heated towel rail), separate WC.
Garage with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Unfenced garden with outdoor furniture (table, 4 chairs, charcoal barbecue, parasol, 4 sun chairs).
2 private parking spaces.
Wifi connection.
Electric shutters provide comfort and security throughout the house.
Home-controlled heating for eco-responsible use.
To be paid upon arrival:
Security deposit in form of a bank imprint (500 EUR) + tourist tax (0,98 EUR / day / adult person over 18 years).
Utilities (water + electricity) and cleaning fees are included. Charcoal not provided.
Household linen (sheets, tea towels, bath mats and towels) is provided.
