Tegarden Cottage is located just steps from the beach. This brand new modern home offers a luxurious open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, stainless appliances and gorgeous quartz counter tops. Enjoy beautiful gulf views from the spacious front porch. This three bedroom and two full bath home has plenty of space and sleeps 6 comfortably. The "cottage" was very neat, clean, and spacious. The rain shower was fabulous! The only thing I would recommend is outdoor seating in the back to get out of the afternoon sun.

Nice property. Clean and fresh interior. Loved the openness of the kitchen/living room area and the front porch swing was perfect for rest and relaxation.

This appears to be a newly renovated or built house. It is very well set up and the kitchen was better supplied with what you need for cooking than most places. They also provided more amenities (bathroom tissue, dishwasher soap etc) than other places we have rented. The large carport is a plus. And the grill was cleaner than most.The location is great - the gulf is at the end of the road. Another plus is that there is a traffic light at the end of the road making it easy to cross to the water.The owners were very responsive when we encountered a couple of minor problems.The only negative was that three of the five beds were very firm. The other two (including the master bed) were very comfortable.We would definitely recommend this place for rental.
