About this apartment rental
A modern and spacious one bedroom apartment located in the famous complex known as El Coral on the Playa del Cristo. The property is very bright and tastefully decorated which gives the property a special atmosphere. The master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable king size bed (150x190cm) and air conditioning. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a spacious walk-in shower, hand-basin, WC and bidet. There is an additional cloakroom with WC and hand-basin available for guests. The spacious lounge has comfortable seating for four guests and a flat-screen TV equipped with a wide package of national and international channels including Sky TV. There is a dining area on a side of the living room for four guests. From the living room we have access to the spacious south-east balcony receiving plenty of the morning sun. An extra outdoor dining table is also available for four with lovely views to the sea and the beach. The property has a central air conditioning system throughout and provides a high speed fibre optic internet connection. Community parking is also available inside the premises. All in all, this is a perfect apartment for couples looking for a relaxing property by the beach and close to all tourist facilities.
