Ideal location for city centre and Stadium of Light. Both are 30 min walking. There are lots of little shops in the area with Aldi 15 min walk away. The property is comfy and well kept. There was enough cutlery and crockery for the five of us. The bathroom is good with a nice shower, both rain and handheld nozzle). The hot water runs off a combo boiler so plenty of hot water and the heating was effective. Living room was comfortable with enough seating.
The TV was a bit odd. To be able to watch it, you have to sign in with an Amazon Prime account (or that's the only way we could get it to work). After that you could watch TV using apps like iPlayer and ITVX. In other words there was no Freeview via an arial. I understand why but just be aware.
There is on street parking with restrictions 10-11 and 3-4pm. The house does have a garage you can use but this isn't advertised and unless you go into the back yard, you wouldn't know.
If you stay here, you will be asked to put the rubbish out during the week. Not sure that should be a thing when paying to stay and certainly isn't part of the T&Cs.

Warm, spacious and cosy! Everything needed including WiFi. Communication with the team was exceptional and responses were fast. The heating gave up one day but it was fixed promptly without disruption.
Parking was advertised as free which it is but it’s permit only at certain times. The advert just needs amended to show this upfront. I was happy short term to move my car a few streets away each day but a permit would have been better. There is a garage which is clean and spacious for a small car but mine didn’t fit

Perfect location, only 15 minute walk from the metro station. House was very well equipped and beds were very comfortable
Not that I didn’t like, but only 2 of the beds had mattress protectors
