Tout d'abord le personnel, et notamment, le réceptionniste, Laurent, très professionnel et très sympathique. La possibilité de prendre ses repas sur place avec deux offres différentes (Restaurant et brasserie). La situation géographique en plein centre de Sens. Le parking privé bien utile avec accès direct à l'hôtel. L'isolation des chambres qui les rendent très calmes ; une excellente literie.
Le fait qu'à chaque repas (déjeuner, dîner) et au moment de régler la note , on vous propose (sous le regard du serveur) de laisser un pourboire ; 2 fois par jour, cette pression est pénible. Les prises de courant qui, dans la chambre, sont sous les tables de chevet fixes ; pour y accéder, il faut être très souple car il faut se mettre à 4 pattes pour y arriver !!

Erg mooi hotel , goed bereikbaar , makkelijke parking , leuke tuin en erg vriendelijk personeel . Lekkere keuken en mooi ontbijt .

Perfekte Lage, sehr schönes Design, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Hund willkommen. Sicherer Parkplatz.
Der Frühstücksraum war diesmal nicht sauber und etwas lieblos. Das war beim letzten Mal nicht besser.
