Il letto era molto comodo, piacevole la sorpresa della bottiglia di vino di benvenuto e le istruzioni per l'accesso all'appartamento erano chiare. Presenti le cose essenziali per il soggiorno.
Appartamento poco pulito, soprattutto pavimento e cucina. Nessuna indicazione su come smaltire i rifiuti. Porta d'ingresso al condominio molto pesante da aprire e poca sicurezza visto che gli altri condomini ci hanno detto di lasciarla sempre aperta.

Great mostly quiet location to explore multiple places like Florence, Pisa, Siena and Cinque Terre by train, apartment is about 7-10 mins walk from the station.
Refurbished apartment in a old building, good bed and solid sofa bed (solid stay for 3), good kitchen/bathroom facilities overall. All we needed was provided including washing machine and dishwasher, which was very helpful to us.
Great host, responsive and helpful
Bathroom facilities with issues, clogged shower drain, double shower head water separation not working properly, sink tap loose, some maintenance needed but overall all usable with minimal issues.
Windows not great with sound proof, during easter nights lots of noise from the street celebrating, but fine on a normal day.
It's on a third floor without lift, stairs are not always even, not easy with heavy luggage.

Un bell appartamentino con diversi servizi.
Sotto c è un distributore automatico con un po' di tutto e negozi vicino.
Buona accoglienza dei proprietari.
L aria condizionata non era sufficiente per i due ambienti.
Al terzo piano senza ascensore, scale scivolose. Da dare una rinfrescata alle pareti dell' ingresso che cadevano a pezzi con odore di umidità. Dava noia passarci.
