Bell'appartamento modernamente ristrutturato e ben pulito, in ottima posizione, a due passi sia dal centro che dalla città vecchia. Angolo cucina ben accessoriato.
L'appartamento è risultato molto freddo e, nonostante la pompa di calore, si faceva una gran fatica a riscaldare l'ambiente. A causa della mancanza del piatto doccia, quando ci si lava si allaga tutto il bagno.

• Nicely renovated flat on the first floor of an old communist era block of flats
• Clean
• Close to restaurants, shops, and the tourist sites
• Close to public transport
• Plenty of towels etc.
• Nowhere to hang your towel to dry after a shower.
• No soap was provided for the bathroom. I had to ask for some, which was provided.
• The bedroom blinds allow a lot of outside light in, so if you like a dark bedroom, bring an eyeshade.
• The internet was patchy and slow at times.
• Nowhere to hang clothes to dry if you use the washing machine.
• The mattress is soft, which some people may like.

It is new and comfortable for few days stay. Its location is very good, just 10 min walk from the open theatre and 5 min from Kapana. They have a coffee machine which is a plus. It is clean in the apartment. They have air conditioners in both rooms. For parking they helped to find cheaper parking-20 bgn for 24 hours.
The windows are dirty and the pillows are very uncomfortable.

Локацията на апартамента беше идеална.
Беше адски студено. На следващите гости мога да дам съвет задължително да си носят домашни пантофи/чехли, тъй като на пода е много много студено. Домакините не са се погрижили да има някакви вътрешни чехли поне. Първата вечер не разрешавахме на децата да слизат от леглото. За втория ден вече си купихме ние домашни пантофи.
Първото, което ни направи впечатление, когато влязохме в жилището беше, че не беше включен никакъв уред за отопление. Второ - боклука от предишните наематели не беше изхвърлен. Трето - домакинята дойде преди часа, в който трябваше да напуснем и въпреки че се засякохме на вратата, тя просто ни погледна, врътна се и тръгна обратно по стълбите... Изключително неуважение към гостите си. Можеше поне да попита как е минал престоя, но.. въпрос на възпитание 🙂
