The location was ideal. Apartment well presented. The beds were super comfy. The terrace and hot tub was the main reason we booked this property and it did not disappoint. The host, Gloria, was very responsive, helpful and accommodating.
One towel each for a three night stay was not enough as not enough time for them to dry between uses. Not enough toilet roll. No Prosecco glasses.

The Apartment was cleaner than expected after reading other reviews, no complaints here
We booked the same day we arrived. A big rain for the choice was the widely and directly advertised hot tub on the terrace. After arriving and only after asking the host, she explained the hot tub was not usable due to technical problems. This wasn’t communicated while booking, which was again the very same day.
After this message, the host stopped answering and has not reacted to requests of myself or booking for a partial refund. From the looks of it, it seems the hot tub has been inactive for a longer time and I think it’s likely it’s not in use at all since the noise and visibility of the terrace might disturb neighbors.
My impression is that the hot tub is just used in advertising if this apartment, but not actually in use, which has affected my review to reflect this
