Great position, nice interiors. Comfortable for couples.

This was by far one of the worst check-in experiences we have ever had. We arrived at 10:00 p.m. to find no keys in the lockbox. After multiple failed attempts to reach the host, we were finally informed that the property had been overbooked. ​We were left stranded on the street late at night until 11:30 p.m. while the previous guests were evicted and the room was 'rushed-cleaned' in front of us. This is a major safety and service failure. ​Furthermore, the apartment’s quality was disappointing: ​Hygiene Issues: The towels had a noticeable smell, likely due to the hurried turnover. ​Missing Essentials: Only two towels per person were provided. In Italy, a bidet towel is a standard hygiene requirement, and its absence, combined with the smell, was unacceptable. ​Poor Amenities: There was no laundry detergent, the kitchenware was a mismatched collection of scraps rather than a proper set. ​The lack of preparation and the host's initial unresponsiveness made for a very stressful stay. I would not recommend this property if you value reliability and cleanliness
