Owners were pleasant and accommodating. Beds were comfortable and the room I had booked was very pleasant with a lovely bathroom. Train station is a 3min walk away with a 24hr well -stocked shop around the corner.
Im still unclear as to what type of property this is. From previous reviews, I was under the impression it was an unoccupied house with various guest rooms available but the property owners were present with their lovely dog and I may have been in the only guest room in the house. The code I was sent by email the day before did not work and luckily they were home when i arrived and let me in. Unfortunately they were not aware of my booking and had to hastily make up a room for me (which i am grateful for!) I was then moved the next day to the room i had originally booked. There was no access to any living area outside of the bedroom/bathroom (unlike mentioned in previous reviews). The wifi code didn't work unfortunately.

Layout of room,lovely bathroom and heated floor really nice.
Cups on the small side,heated towel rail didn't seem to work,unsure if
it was okay to use kitchen or not.A booklet would have been useful outlining what one could use.Will be back.

My third time in London. Came here for new year eve, glad the host didn’t raise the price and I found this place during this busy time. Convenient location, easy to go anywhere, 24 hrs bus and grocery store nearby, quiet at night, good value for money, will definitely come back if I visit London again.
The only downsides are 1. It’s close to a relatively dangerous area (Brixton) although the neighborhood looks safe. 2. The ThamesLink tram line nearby is a bit unreliable. Cancelled twice during the 3 days I stayed. Had to take bus sometimes.
