The view and location

Check-in: totally unprofessional. The security guard came to sit on the couch reserved for guests checking and watched videos at top volume. Cleaning staff arrived - about 8 of them and lingered and talked while we waited 40 on L's parking is very tight and it is a mission to get you car in and out. If you have a bigger car, it will be very stressful The floor of the unit was filthy
