Nice modern spacious apartment, good location for attending Wembley arena. Lots of shops and restaurants very close by. The flat is definitely set up for 3 guests max (towels, beds etc) The sofa is large and comfy but is definitely not a sofa bed.
Getting in was not straight forward, host didn't give relevant information very quickly (took 25 mins after arrival to get in) We never recieved the promised parking permit and had to hope we wouldn't get a ticket.

Excellent location, close to the tube and local amenities.
The property would benefit from having another fan. It was exceptionally hot inside the property due to the time of year. One fan was provided but another would have been helpful for the other bedroom.

The flat was clean and spacious.
Despite booking this flat for 3 adults and a child (16) there were only a double and a single bed made up. There was no additional bedding for us to make up the sofa bed so we had to just use a blanket out of the wardrobe. The bar next door had very loud music playing well after midnight and one of our party ended up going down to see what was going on, after this the music was turned off. We had informed the owner that we would arrive a 2pm and were told that there would be someone there to help but we had to telephone on arrival and were told we would need to wait 15 minute. The owner was there in 10 minutes and let us in. The dying rat in the car park was unpleasant.
