NICE TINY HOME ON THE RIVER WITH A HOT TUB, WIFI, FIRE PIT, AND MOST COMFORTS OF HOME. UNIT CAN SLEEP 2 ON THE FUTON(ITS BETTER FOR KIDS AND NOT ADULTS) AND HAS A QUEEN BED IN THE LOFT. KITCHEN AND FULL BATHROOM WITH BATHTUB.

I want to leave some constructive feedback and heads ups. Firstly it’s a great space, it’s great for a little getaway, love the outdoor space overall. However, the outdoor space is like 99% or more gravel (that feels sharp) not nice to walk on in/ out of the hot tub or good / nice for a dogs paws. The pod of little houses / sites is right on a fairly busy main road, in off season it stayed fairly busy through the night even. The hot tub is nice/relaxing, but the jets aren’t very powerful. Has a great view of sunset and can kinda see the water (it’s down an embankment). When sitting by the fire space you can hear the water flowing peacefully. You will need to bring / purchase your own fire materials; and there was a stick usable for s’mores but you may want a back up option. The WiFi was not what was provided at checkin it never ended up working for me and the owner stopped responding to me. There were lots of ants in the house (you are in a woods setting) so make sure not to leave un sealed food ANYWHERE for any length of time. The steps up to the loft are kinda deep steps and kinda steep and as you can see in the pics no railing so be careful / beware. The water pressure and temp was great in the home. The space is really nice and clean, nicely put together and laid out, and overall a nice spot the main road is a bit of a disappointment for noise, no fault to the place it’s on a nice peaceful river so kinda balances it out when the cars aren’t passing by.
