Location, location, location! You just can’t get better than this. You can hear the creek from the porch swing on the front porch. A easy walk to the pre-show entertainment at the Festival. You may also hear concerts and other music along with the birdsongs. The house has the best-equipped kitchen I’ve ever seen in a rental. It has everything you need for your stay, and the best, most attentive property managers that you could wish for! Each room has its own heat/AC controls so you can fine-tune the temperature to your needs. Comfy beds. No closet in the bedroom that has two twin beds, but there is a dresser. Wi-Fi in the area is sometimes slow, not the fault of the property.

Beautiful house in seriously the perfect location in Ashland. Well managed and overall a great value. If it's available, would recommend any and all to stay here!
