Key collection was smooth and without any issues. The general facilities are satisfactory. The location is convenient—close to the city center with easy parking available in the surrounding area. I was traveling with a family so it was ok for us to stay for 1 night.
Encountered small difficulty with the key lock upon arrival. The condition of the room's tiles is concerning, both in terms of cleanliness and installation—one tile was loose, and another had a sharp edge. Additionally, the entrance opens directly onto the street, which may not be ideal from a privacy or security standpoint. No communication in english

Wohnung wird mit 2 seperaten Schlafzimmern beworben. Tatsächlich fehlt ein Schlafzimmer komplett. Dafür steht ein Schlafsofa in der Küche.
Außerdem gibt es in der Küche direkt über dem Schlafsofa einen großen Wasserschaden der laut anderen Bewertungen auch nicht erst seit gestern besteht.
