L'emplacement est bon compte tenu du nombre considérable de bus (transport gratuit). Magasine restaurant a proximité. L'appartement est agréable. La litirerie est bonne. La communication a été excellente a distance.
La vaisselle n'était pas très propre. Le frigo disposait de nourriture moisi. La location n'est pas autorisée ce qui nous a valu des remarques des autres habitants de l'immeuble.
