Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés, de kétségtelenül zajos, főleg, ha esemény is van a városban. Az épület és a lakás korhű, bájos, autentikus. Gyönyörű a mennyezet, a festett és a gerendák is. Az ágynemű és a törölközök tiszták, hófehérek.
A lakás sötét, lehetne jóval több világítótest benne. A fürdőszoba több helyen penészes sajnos. A bútorzat bizonyos elemei korhűek, másikak modernek, így kissé eklektikus. A csaptelepek vízkövesek, a víz nehezen és összevissza folyik.

Locația cazării este ideală, fiind amplasată chiar în zona centrală. Se poate ajunge foarte ușor atât la principalele monumente istorice, cât și la gară, poziționarea fiind perfect echilibrată între cele două. În plus, în imediata apropiere se găsesc numeroase restaurante, baruri și magazine, ceea ce face șederea extrem de comodă și plăcută.
În weekend, zona poate deveni puțin mai animată și zgomotoasă pe timpul nopții, însă acest lucru este de înțeles având în vedere apropierea de restaurante și baruri. Atmosfera vibrantă face parte din farmecul locației centrale.
