The property was in a good location, had a nice view over sea point. Room had good temperature without feeling too hot
Room walls are very thin, we checked in later than normal check in time but still room was not ready. No towels, missing kettle, missing coffee. Also the drain in the bathroom had a bad smell due to lack of ventilation in the bathroom. One blind was broken and wouldn’t fully open. Cupboards doors falling apart.
There is also a note in the lift telling visitors it’s their responsibility to check when the load shedding is, and if you get stuck in the lift then it is your responsibility to pay for the call out. Surely if you know a guess is coming, then you should be able to notify the guest of the load shedding times ?
