Baignoire à bulles.
Très fonctionnel et grand.
Place de parc devant maison.
Baignoire par très pratique pour se doucher. Manque une paroi pour se tenir debout.
Escalier raide pou accéder à l’étage.

L’appartement est situé au second étage du pavillon des propriétaires. Il est spacieux et bien équipé, très au calme tout en étant proche de la route.
Le canapé lit était très inconfortable et sentait fortement l’urine de chat. Les autres lits étaient confortables.
Le nom de balnéo ne tient qu’à la présence d’une baignoire jacuzzi dont le mécanisme n’était pas très propre, sans doute pas assez utilisé.
