The concierge Alana was contacted when we arrived and said she would be there in 5 minutes and she arrived then. Throughout our stay she was contactable and was extremely helpful with the questions I asked. She provided a first rate service. Really exceptional. Communication was excellent as she spoke English.

Location was great, clean and comfortable
“READ The small print” never stayed somewhere where had to pay extra for sheets and towels and make my own bed. Plus pay extra for arriving just after 21:00. Total extra 60, euros to be paid in cash on arrival. I have learnt my lesson could have stayed in a hotel for that price.
