The view was amazing and so very close to the Basilica. Paolo was patient with the changes to our travel plans and was waiting for us when we arrived. Very nicely decorated.
Stairways inside the apartment lacked handrails which could be a problem for guests with mobility issues.

The host was very friendly. He helped with parking, which is an issue. The location was right beside St. Francis Basilica.
Everything was fantastic. Nothing to complain about.

Paolo was an excellent host. His communication prior to our arrival was really helpful. He also organized our taxi from the train station. He made certain we were comfortable. The apartment is on three levels and the views from each of the windows is spectacular. The Basilica is just a short walk from the apartment.
