Modern apartment with direct beach access

La position près de la mer.

The flat is in a nice quiet location among other private blocks of flats with a short walk along a path to the beautiful Cabourg beach. Small but nice balcony for a morning cup of coffee. The flat was clean and tidy but it could have done with more kitchen equipment like bread boards etc. The shower was very good. There was an allocated parking space but it was not by this block of flats and we found someone was already parking in it!

The flat was very small, the double bedroom could only really fit the bed and some tiny drawers in. We ended up putting our clothes in cupboards in the living room and the bathroom! The block of flats was dirty and smelly although the flat itself was clean. The flat is situated at the very edge of Cabourg so it is about 20 minutes walk to get to the town for your morning croissants!

Super emplacement, accès à la plage dans un endroit tranquille mais seulement 15 minutes à pied du centre. Confortable pour 2 adultes et 2 jeunes enfants, bien équipé. Place de parking privée en extérieur assez large.

L’appartement est très bien pour une semaine de vacances par contre la communication avec la conciergerie est très difficile, ça ne vaut presque pas la peine avec toutes les options de location à Cabourg… Personne pour nous montrer l’entrée, l’emplacement du parking, pas d’état des lieux d’entrée (ce qui fait qu’il n’y avait aucune serviette à notre arrivée, le ménage était très sommaire)
