The Urban Flat In Paris team is happy to welcome you to this fully renovated old building with an area of 120m2 that can accommodate up to 10 people, ideally for 7 people.
We are happy to announce that regardless of the number of people indicated in your reservation, we will provide sheets and towels up to the maximum capacity of the apartment.
Located on the 7th floor of an iconic gallery on the Champs-Élysées, this apartment benefits from 24/7 security and three different entrances to explore the neighborhood from all angles.
Attention: the keys are retrieved 2 minutes walking from the apartment. All information will be provided once the reservation is made. Moreover, know that you will pass through the shopping gallery to access the apartment. But once arrived in the accommodation, you will be pleasantly surprised.

Your reservation is protected. In case of a technical incident before your arrival, we will offer you an upgrade or a comparable apartment.
