This gorgeous condo is only 3.6 miles from the heart of downtown Gatlinburg, TN! It features plenty of amenities! The condo complex offers indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a game room, gas grills, seasonal firewood, and washer/dryer facilities (pay).
Getting Around:
We always recommend 4x4 wheel drive for any condo in The Great Smoky Mountains to be extra safe. Paved roads all the way up and paved parking, too.
Other Things to Note:
• Must be 21 or older to book this condo.
• This condo sleeps 8 guests maximum.
• Condo is located on the 3rd floor of Building 6 and requires stairs both up and down.
• 4x4 vehicle recommended for Smoky Mountain travel. Roads are paved, but weather conditions can vary.
• Fireplace is wood-burning—please bring your own firewood.
• Coffee maker is a Keurig + regular combo—bring K-Cups or ground coffee.
• Summit Condos amenities are HOA-controlled. Outdoor pool typically opens around Memorial Day and closes around the end of August (subject to change).
• Indoor pool and hot tub are open year-round but may close for HOA maintenance without notice.
• Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.
• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.
• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.
• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.
• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.

View was absolutely amazing! Place was very nice. Host fixed problem immediately. Pull out couch fine for kids- not so great for my 21 year (could feel the bars). Stovetop not in good condition at all. Eggs were even a bit difficult to make- ran to one side of pan. Place could use some good dusting/ cleaning. Backsplash in master bath and shelves were dusty. Closet doors in hall- super dusty. Other than those things I would go back to this place again.

I was disappointed with our stay here. We did not know there would be construction going on to the building our condo was in. There was scaffolding all up the building. We could not walk on the walkway into the building because the scaffolding was in the way. We had to walk in the wet grass to get into the building. In the evening when we left the building they had powerwashed the building and as you walked out the door and under the scaffolding water dripped all over you. so disappointed.
