It’s a nice house, lots of room

First, I need to say that the communication while at the property was great. The location geographically was outstanding, close to anything you want to get to in SoCal. The facts are that this house is in "transformation stage" which means that it will be a great property once some changes are made. The furniture is what you would expect from a cheap frathouse. The couch in the front room has holes in it and stuffing coming out. The bedroom furniture looks like something that had a "FREE" sign on the side of the road. They just need to upgrade that furniture to IKEA quality, and they will be golden. Air Con was OUTSTANDING. Wi-Fi great. The neighborhood was fine, and they have a gate for you to park you car behind. This is not a place to "Hang out" at, this is a place you sleep, which may be fine for the entertainment around this area. The kitchen has very little utensils, again, not a place to hang out and cook. Would I stay there again? Not in it's current condition, however with just a little help from the fees we just paid, they can make the furniture in the house worth your while to stay. They just need to get rid of the old scary furniture.
