About this apartment rental
Centrally located to all Paihia has to offer. This comfortable and roomy apartment has two generous size bedrooms each with King beds (one can be split into 2 x singles) and 1 x ensuite and 1 x bathroom. A fully equipped kitchen, full laundry facilities and the choice to dine indoor or outdoors. A swim in the heated pool is a feature of the apartment or walk 2 mins to the beach or 2 mins almost anywhere to a café, restaurant or to the Russell ferry. Under ground secure carparking for 2 cars.
The kitchen has a functional and spacious layout, Featuring a oven, electric hobs, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. A Nespresso coffee machine will get you off to a great start each day as you sit on the balcony and enjoy the sunrise hours over looking the pool and the sea. Each bedroom has lots of space and storage and an additional TV. The ensuite bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet. The second bathroom has a shower over bath, vanity, toilet and laundry.
Guest access to the secure underground carpark provides two dedicate parks and then its an 15m walk to the lift which stops outside your apartment door.
The heated pool is a shared spaced or a swim in the sea is 50 meters walk.
Shared BBQ's are available around the pool area.

The proximity to many facilities, eateries and tourist attractions in the Bay of Islands is literally on your doorstep. Two small supermarket store are 5 mins walking distance from the apartment.

Everything was really good. We enjoyed our stay and had a good time but there was only one drawback while the property has lift some appartments are not accessible with the lift and you have to climb stairs which wasn’t suitable for parents since they were old.

The property was as described and very comfortable to stay in. Easy walk to the restaurants and supermarket and nice and quiet.Most importantly... comfortable beds!!!

Wonderfully appointed and well maintained. Fabulous position - close to all amenities and eateries. We look forward to coming back to stay for at least a week! It’s definitely worth the 3 1/2 hr plane trip and the drive up from Auckland airport! We’d recommend staying there to everyone!

Everything was great apart from one issue. The description says that the elevator stops outside the apartment door. In reality there was a two story flight of steps required to access the apartment.The description also said that both bedrooms had one king bed, whereas in reality the second bedroom has two singles.We would not have booked this apartment if the description had correctly noted these facts as we had an elderly relative with us.
