Welcome to your ideal getaway at the Dualhaus Apartments, a charming and tastefully furnished apartment complex located just outside the picturesque village of Presseggersee. This new complex, consisting of six apartments, is perfect for families or groups of up to four people. Nestled in a quiet area, it offers immediate access to beautiful forests where you can immerse yourself in nature. Enjoy a variety of summer activities, including rafting, tobogganing, mountain biking, and the adventure park at Lake Presseggersee. For those looking to explore further, Italy and Slovenia are just a short drive away, with Venice accessible in about two hours.
In winter, ski enthusiasts can easily reach the Nassfeld winter sports area, only 15 km away. Built with organic materials, the Dualhaus Apartments provide a cozy atmosphere in southern Carinthia, just 500 meters from the lake. Each apartment features two separate bedrooms, a living room with a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom, a washing machine, and a balcony or terrace offering stunning mountain and lake views.
You’ll find restaurants within 100 meters and a supermarket just 300 meters away for your convenience. The Nassfeld Ski Area can be reached by car or via a free ski bus in just 12 minutes, while the Warmbad Villach Thermal Spa is a relaxing 30-minute drive away.
