O proprietário enviou uma pessoa para nos receber. Foi muito gentil nos presenteando com um vinho, refrigerantes e garrafinhas de água. O apartamento é exatamente como está nas fotos, estava bem limpo e é bastante amplo, tornando nossa estadia muito confortável. Da varanda é possível ver a cúpula da Duomo, o que nos fascinou bastante. Há um ponto de ônibus bem próximo da hospedagem, cerca de 200 metros. A cozinha é bem equipada, o que facilita cozinhar no apartamento. Há um Carrefour Express há 300m da hospedagem.
O chuveiro é desconfortável, mesmo para alguém pequeno. Talvez seja melhor para quem prefira a banheira ao invés da ducha. E são muitos lances de escada para subir até o quinto andar, já que o prédio não possui elevador.
