Liked the separate entrance. The owner was very accommodating and responsive.
No free wifi or not clear instructions on how to connect to wifi. Loud neighbors (after 10pm) on a weeknight making it difficult to sleep.

Location is central to many different needs and interests. For us it was a cost effective choice close enough to Sylvania. There was something we didn’t know about the unit we reserved but they were very gracious to put us in another unit for parts of our stay. It is evident that they are constantly making more improvements to the units.
Ottawa park is 2 blocks down the street with a great children’s play scape, outdoor adult fitness fixtures, a nice walking path, and a MTB trail.
Our problem was showing up with 2 SUVs. Careless spacing by other short term guest’s parking and the curb space needed for garbage pickup resulted in parking problems. Eventually we were able to work around the parking problem with the very polite cooperation of the long term tenant.
Don’t assume too much negativity on the parking situation. We unexpectedly needed to return to Toledo on short notice and this was our first choice to try to make another reservation. We would stay here again. We were treated very well. If you have small cars or only one vehicle then parking will not be an issue for you.

ANFITRION DEMORO EN CONTACTARNOS, LLEGAMOS HORA CONVENIDA PERO NO ESTABA. ENTREGO CLAVE MUCHO DESPUES QUE LO CONTACTARAMOS Y NO FUNCIONO, DEBIMOS CONTACTARLO NUEVAMENTE. USUALMENTE LA CLAVE ACCESO PUERTA, SE ENTREGA UN DIA ANTES DE ARRIVO, PERO AQUI NO FUE ASI, PERDIENDO MUCHO TIEMPO EN LA CALLE, CAUSANDO PREOCUPACIÓN EN LOS VECINOS, POR PERSONAS QUE ESTAN EN LA CALLE SIN RAZON ALGUNA. LA DUCHA ERA PARA MODELOS "XS".
