A very nice apartment with a sofa bed and a small bathroom. Everything was new and very clean. Even before I arrived, the host sent me very detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment, how to unfold the sofa etc,, and some local tips. The host communicated with me in writing during my stay, asking if everything was okay. I appreciated the welcome box with coffee, tea, and some treats. There is a small kitchen, microwave, and refrigerator. Towels are also provided.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor of an apartment building, which is quiet and peaceful. The main street with a supermarket open until the evening, a bakery, etc. is a short walk away. It is really close to the train station, and you can easily get to the center of Paris by train in 30 minutes.
It was perfectly adequate for two nights in a location I was traveling to for a concert.
I would appreciate a larger towel and cloth dish towel, a bedside table, and a night lamp. Otherwise, there was nothing to complain about. The accommodation even slightly exceeded my expectations.

5 minut do stacji pociągowej Gagny, z której jest bezpośredni dojazd do centrum Paryża. Świetnie wyposażona kuchnia, dzięki czemu mimo, że była mała dało się ugotować obiad. Idealnie czyste mieszkanie. Serdecznie polecam, mieszkanie jest małe, ale sprawdza się idelanie na kilkudniowy wyjazd do Paryża :)
Łóżko było średnio wygodne, mocno skrzypiało. Mogłoby być więcej ręczników (4 zamiast 2 na 2 osoby).
