Couldn’t find bin bags
Kitchen bin beneath oven was full of dirty nappies from previous users

The location and space within the property is great. We had three couples and two small children and it never felt overcrowded. There is private parking for 3–4 cars and a safe enclose garden. Customer service was excellent with Jen responding very quickly to queries and feedback.
There was very little not to like about the property. It was well-maintained and there were lots of utensils, etc in the kitchen. All the bathrooms had soap & shower gels and lots of towels available. Inevitably, a popular house did show some wear and tear where a lick of paint may be needed in the next few months.

Good location Very clean
Internet not working was dealt with immediately and fixed the next day. We were a party of 8 but only 6 forks in the property which made eating a cooked breakfast very difficult.
